Products can be returned within 10 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Contact support to initiate the return process.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
2. Timeframe
Returns must be requested within 10 days of the delivery date. Requests beyond this period may not be accepted.
3. Return Process
Please email shishyaayurveda@gmail.com with your order details, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the next steps, including pickup or drop-off instructions.
4. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and verify the returned item, refunds are typically initiated within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.
5. Exceptions
- Opened or used consumable products may not be eligible for return.
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling are not eligible.
- Any free gifts or promotional items must be returned with the main product.
